Today, we look at the first theme in Advent -- Hope. It has been said that we can live about a month without food; a week without water; a few minutes without oxygen and about 1 second without hope. If God could grant you any Christmas gift this Christmas 2024, what would you hope that would be and why? Trusting, serving and loving God when God seems absent, silent and aloof is challening. Hope is not a program. It is not a pill. It is a Person--Jesus Christ.
