Today, we look at Esther 2:8-18. There is simply no way to clean this up or sanitize it so that it portrays a Cinderella story. Yet, the Book of Esther is not really about Esther or Mordecai or King Xerxes. It is about God who is working behind the scenes to accomplish His will.
